How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
Our standard shipping charges are:
NZ Post (2-3 days) $6.00
NZ Courier Post (Overnight) $10.00

Large items may incurr additional charges e.g. LCD TV etc but this will be clearly indicated at checkout.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
What is your 7 day return policy?
 

It's not always easy buying a mobile phone. We know it's often hard to make a decision without actually touching, feeling and seeing the phone before you decide to buy it. But even buying a phone from a regular store has its problems. You often just don't know if you like a phone until you have had a chance to turn it on, use it, test the reception and everything else.

You can do everything you can think of to really see if you are truly happy and then decide if you want to keep the phone. Even if the phone just doesn't feel right, just send it back and we will cheerfully refund your money, no questions asked.

Please note, it is the customers responsibility to check mobile phone carrier compatibility. We cannot offer refunds if it is found a mobile phone will not work on Telecom, 2Degrees or Vodafone NZ network frequencies.

Even if you change your mind and just don't like the color, we will refund your money quickly and cheerfully. That's a promise. Just contact us by email at rma@phonesdirect.co.nz within 7 Days and let us know and we will take care of it.

The only thing we ask is that the phone be in absolutely brand new condition, i.e., everything must be in perfect condition with no marks and none of the plastic or screen protectors removed, along with all accessories as well as the original box and packaging. You just simply send it back to us at your cost (using any shipping you like as long as it is insured with a tracking number).

As soon as we receive the phone and check it out, we will refund your money within 7 days. (Of course, the shipping costs are on you but hey, it's worth the peace of mind!)

When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
